One year after converting the medical offices of Dr. Santina Malaguti, the gallery is set to celebrate its first year of operation by inviting back all who have contributed to its success: the Niagara-based artists who have exhibited since last spring.

Doctor's Prescription: St. Catharines Standard Article- Duncan MacDonald and Julia Prudhomme take part in the 1-Year Retrospective Exhibit.

Summer show marks gallery's fist year: Niagara This Week Article - the gallery aims to support artists and arts students; Carley O’Hara, who is entering her fourth year as a visual arts student at Brock, has been working weekends at A Mano Libera Gallery since January.

2010 Off-Site Series
In an effort to promote the procurement of original works of art by Niagara artists, A Mano Libera Gallery has expanded its gallery walls to exhibit the 2010 Off-Site Series in local establishments including

All pieces exhibited are for sale.

After the initial exercise which features the gallery's resident artists, future exhibits will promote other artists represented by the gallery. The initiative provides more visibility for contemporary art while enriching public spaces including Venture Niagara located in the historic Welland Mills Building in Thorold.
The initiative runs until the fall.
